Senior Paid Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute paid media strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Reddit Ads, etc.

• Act as a crucial sparring partner for local marketing teams in various European markets, providing guidance on media investments, channel selections, and growth opportunities.

• Analyze Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality studies, and other measurement models to assess the impact of media investments and optimize future budget allocations.

• Translate global guidelines and best practices into local market strategies while providing local insights back to the international team.

• Present strategic recommendations, results, and learnings to both local and international stakeholders.

• Coach junior team members and share knowledge within the team.

• Stay updated on trends and developments in the paid media landscape and translate them into new opportunities.

• Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in paid media/performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment.

• Proven experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other Ad Managers.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.

• Knowledge of tracking, attribution, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, cookieless tracking).

• A results-oriented, data-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.

• Experience in leading or coaching colleagues is a plus.

• A relevant higher education degree (e.g., Marketing, Communication, Economics) or equivalent work experience.
