Senior Paid Ads Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee paid advertising initiatives on LinkedIn and Meta platforms.

• Develop, implement, and enhance campaigns daily from inception.

• Identify target audiences and create Custom, Lookalike, and Matched Audiences.

• Calculate and manage budgets, including frontloading and bidding tactics.

• Conduct weekly reviews of ad accounts in collaboration with the team.

• Craft compelling headlines and body copy in both German and English.

• Systematically perform A/B testing on copy, creatives, and calls-to-action.

• Create KPI dashboards, ensuring thorough conversion tracking, UTM configurations, and lead attribution.

• Coordinate the setup, quality assurance, and launches of campaigns.

• Document insights following each test and establish scalable campaign frameworks.

• Manage your own client portfolio while serving as a strategic partner for B2B clients.

• Collaborate within a team alongside a Senior Consultant, taking charge of the strategic execution of campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, primarily focusing on paid advertising on LinkedIn or Meta.

• Practical experience in launching campaigns rather than solely analyzing reports.

• Strong understanding of CPL, CTR, ROAS, and CPA, along with the strategies to optimize them.

• Methodical, data-oriented approach to work.

• Openness to critically assess assumptions.

• Profound interest in the LinkedIn and Meta platforms.

• Bonus: Familiarity with HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay, or automations using Zapier.

• Proficiency in writing headlines and body copy in both German and English.
