Senior Outbound Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the growth of the Internal Developer Portal (IDP) within the Strategic Products Growth team.

• Manage a new-ARR target for the IDP product line by focusing on cross-sell and product-led revenue initiatives.

• Serve as the product expert for sales, conducting demonstrations and managing the technical aspects of sales for inbound inquiries and cross-sell opportunities.

• Provide technically accurate and value-driven product demonstrations customized for a variety of customer contexts.

• Assist with technical discovery for prospects, respond to RFP product inquiries, and handle technical Q&A sessions.

• Promote discovery through content creation and thought leadership regarding the influence of AI on developer experience.

• Formulate and disseminate a well-defined opinion on relevant topics.

• Develop and launch 3–5 new marketing or thought-leadership assets within the initial 90 days.

• Construct the go-to-market toolkit, which includes content, collateral, business-value evaluations, demo environments, and sales enablement materials.

• Relay deal-blocking issues back to engineering teams.

• Advance IDP towards a self-sustaining product-led or sales-integrated approach.

• Demonstrate proficiency in delivering product demos and be comfortable with numerical targets.

• Possess a technical background akin to sales engineering.

• Be capable of earning customer trust and commanding presence in a room.

• Exhibit strong instincts as an educator and communicator.

• Have experience with developer experience and developer platforms.

• Show demonstrated thought leadership concerning AI's effect on Developer Experience (DevX).

• Present opinionated perspectives supported by practical experience.

• Background in Growth Product Management (PM) or Developer Relations (DevRel) is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Be comfortable working between senior and staff levels.
