This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and uphold the comprehensive OSS product vision and requirements roadmap.
• Collect, assess, and prioritize both business and technical requirements.
• Oversee and manage the integrated OSS backlog, ensuring traceability and prioritization.
• Convert business use cases and operational workflows into actionable product specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across OSS, Network, Operations, Planning, Automation, Security, and Architecture domains.
• Specify product requirements, acceptance criteria, and operational readiness standards.
• Manage dependencies across various systems, products, and delivery teams.
• Lead workshops and foster alignment among both technical and business stakeholders.
• Assist with integration testing, validation activities, and acceptance procedures.
• Ensure that monitoring, support, recovery, audit, and fallback requirements are integrated into product design.
• Prepare reporting materials, status updates, and roadmap suggestions for governance forums.
• Facilitate MVP delivery, rollout planning, and handover processes.
• Create and maintain the OSS requirements catalogue, integrated backlog and roadmap, product ownership and accountability matrix, OSS interface register, operational readiness documentation, testing and acceptance artifacts, and MVP handover and rollout suggestions.
• More than 8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in intricate technology environments.
• Extensive experience in Telecommunications OSS/BSS environments.
• Strong grasp of Order Management, Inventory Management, Service Activation, Service Assurance, and Operational Support Processes.
• Experience with API-based integrations and distributed system landscapes.
• Proven expertise in backlog management, requirements engineering, and acceptance management.
• Excellent skills in process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and workshop facilitation abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks.
• Capability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and vendors.
• Experience in network transformation, migration, or site consolidation programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of orchestration platforms, Digital Twin, inventory management, and network automation solutions is advantageous.
• Previous experience with large telecommunications operators is beneficial.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving orientation.
• Methodical approach to delivery and governance.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote international setting.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
• 100% remote work arrangement.
• Occasional business travel for essential workshops or programme milestones.
• Full-time engagement for a duration of 12 months.
