This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• Act as a trusted senior advisor to executives, business leaders, and HR partners regarding organizational development, change management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce transformation priorities.
• Create and implement change management strategies for complex, large-scale initiatives, such as enterprise technology, HCM/ERP, HR, digital, finance, and business transformation programs.
• Perform change impact assessments, stakeholder evaluations, organizational readiness reviews, and adoption analyses.
• Design and execute comprehensive change management plans that encompass stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, communications, training, readiness, adoption, and sustainment.
• Oversee OD and change initiatives from initial intake and diagnosis through solution design, implementation, evaluation, and transition to business operations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, alignment, decision-making, accountability, and team performance.
• Create and facilitate tailored OD interventions, including change leadership, strategic alignment, leadership development, development planning, organization design, and team effectiveness.
• Provide change management expertise for HCM and ERP implementation and optimization projects.
• Conduct executive and leadership sessions, workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder forums.
• Establish governance structures, project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and reporting systems.
• Develop metrics for change and organizational effectiveness, along with dashboards, scorecards, and evaluation methodologies.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of interventions, and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Foster partnerships across HR, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations, and the wider organization.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate both internal resources and external partners.
• Manage relationships with external consultants and vendors, including their evaluation, selection, contracting, performance management, and delivery oversight.
• Contribute to the development of organizational change management methodologies, tools, templates, standards, and consulting capabilities.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in organizational development, organizational effectiveness, change management, management consulting, or a related field.
• Experience is preferred within, or consulting to, a large and complex enterprise.
• Proven experience as an internal or external consultant, providing independent advice to senior leaders.
• Extensive practical experience in leading change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis and engagement, change strategy, communications, training, leadership alignment, adoption, and sustainment.
• Experience supporting large-scale organizational transformations involving HR, Digital, Finance, HCM, ERP, or enterprise-wide technology and process changes.
• Required experience with enterprise-wide transformations or implementations.
• Ability to function effectively in ambiguous environments, diagnose complex organizational challenges, and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in developing metrics and leveraging data and insights to evaluate change adoption, organizational effectiveness, and program outcomes.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Leadership, Human Resources, Business Administration, Educational Technology, or a related discipline is required.
• A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle HCM or Oracle ERP is highly preferred.
• Professional change management certification or formal methodology experience, such as Prosci/ADKAR or an equivalent framework, is preferred.
