
Senior Oracle HCM Consultant – Talent Acquisition, Talent Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Serve as an Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management business processes.
• Conduct hands-on functional configuration for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
• Research, design, test, and implement Oracle applications.
• Engage with clients to articulate business strategies, facilitate challenging discussions, and simplify complex business requirements.
• Work independently while collaborating with project teams.
• Create and execute work plans that align with the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Implementation Roadmap and Methodology.
• Lead business process reengineering initiatives utilizing ArcLight best practices.
• Provide valuable input to the Project Manager for thorough project planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate business process prototype workshops and sessions for gathering requirements.
• Assess business requirements and develop efficient configuration solutions.
• Assist in both technical and functional workstreams.
• Oversee successful solution testing, including User Acceptance Testing, and collaborate with users to validate solutions.
• Support clients in their Oracle technology transformation journeys and various customer projects.
• At least 4+ years of implementation experience in Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, including Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Journeys/Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management, and Succession Planning.
• Familiarity with Oracle Core HR is advantageous.
• Knowledge and experience in HR, recruiting, and talent management processes.
• Proficiency in security, approval workflows, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in executing implementation strategies, gathering customer and systems requirements, prototyping, testing, training, and deploying practical business solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with functional and technical team members to accurately document requirements, design functional strategies, and facilitate testing for technical integration.
• Candidates must reside in the United States or Canada.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada and provide proof of employment eligibility upon hire.
• Must be legally permitted to travel to the United States for essential business purposes.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the United States for client on-site needs.
• No company sponsorship for U.S. work visas, including TN or L-1 status, where sponsorship is required.
