This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire recruitment process across the organization, encompassing all levels and functions.

• Evaluate incoming applicants and deliver effective shortlists to hiring managers.

• Organize interviews, debrief sessions, and maintain clear communication with candidates.

• Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is well-maintained and up-to-date.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to resolve any obstacles in searches and refine hiring criteria.

• Make certain that every candidate feels valued while managing several searches simultaneously.

• Advertise job openings, evaluate applicants, coordinate interview schedules, and assist candidates through to signed offers.

• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across various levels and functions.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches effectively.

• Excellent communication abilities and a commitment to follow-through.

• Proficiency in ATS and comfort with structured interview methodologies.

• A mindset geared towards building efficient processes.

• A sense of urgency combined with a calm and composed attitude.

• Ability to operate quickly in high-volume situations while also recognizing nuanced details.

• Candidates must reside in one of the following eligible states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, MA, MI, NE, NJ, NV, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, WI.

• Background and reference checks are mandatory as part of the onboarding process.
