AI Powered Recruitment Sourcer – Freelance

📋 Description

• Assist in the expanding RPO operations for challenging tech, biotech, and scale-up clients.

• Organize intricate searches.

• Act swiftly and provide concise candidate shortlists.

• Develop search strategies based on sometimes incomplete briefs.

• Source candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, AI, and automated tools.

• Craft complex Boolean strings.

• Discover hidden or less obvious job titles.

• Quickly assess candidate profiles.

• Execute personalized outreach and follow-ups.

• Manage 3–4 roles simultaneously across tech, biotech, and corporate sectors.

• Perform light pre-qualification.

• Contribute to the development of Affinity’s internal operating system and structured sourcing function.

• Operate without client-facing responsibilities.

• Proficient in identifying hidden or non-obvious job titles.

• Quick analysis of candidate profiles.

• Experience in conducting personalized outreach and follow-ups.

• Light pre-qualification experience is highly advantageous.
