This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Offer expert guidance in best practices as a subject matter expert in Oracle HCM Cloud for Oracle Talent Acquisition and Talent Management business processes.
• Execute hands-on functional configuration for Oracle Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
• Research, design, test, and deploy Oracle applications.
• Engage with clients, articulate business strategies, navigate challenging discussions, and clarify complex requirements in simple terms.
• Work independently while also collaborating with project teams.
• Create and deliver work plans that align with the Oracle Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Implementation Roadmap and Methodology.
• Facilitate groups in business process reengineering and ArcLight best practices.
• Contribute to the Project Manager for thorough project planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct business process prototype workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Evaluate business requirements and devise effective configuration solutions.
• Assist in both technical and functional workstreams.
• Lead successful solution testing, including User Acceptance Testing, and collaborate with users to validate solutions.
• At least 4+ years of implementation experience in Talent Acquisition & Talent Management.
• Familiarity with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Journeys/Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management, and Succession Planning.
• Experience with Oracle Core HR is beneficial.
• Knowledge and experience in HR, recruiting, and talent management processes.
• Proficient in security, approval workflows, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in executing implementation strategies, gathering customer and system requirements, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing viable business solutions.
• Capability to collaborate with functional and technical team members to document requirements, create functional design strategies, and facilitate testing for technical integration.
• This is a remote-first position for candidates based in the U.S. or Canada.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the United States for client on-site requirements.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada and provide proof of employment eligibility upon hire.
• Must be legally eligible to travel to the United States for necessary business purposes.
