Senior Oracle Fusion Applications Sales Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propel revenue expansion by marketing Oracle Cloud and consulting solutions and services to both new and existing non-federal accounts.

• Oversee complete sales processes from opportunity identification to closing.

• Establish and nurture trusted partnerships with operational, business, and C-level stakeholders within customer organizations.

• Comprehend customer requirements, recognize new opportunities, and guarantee long-term satisfaction.

• Formulate and implement strategic account and territory plans alongside the product sales team.

• Enhance customer engagement through proactive outreach, marketing events, bid board tracking, and maximizing contract vehicles.

• Direct pursuit strategies, collaborative arrangements, and competitive positioning for high-value opportunities.

• Collaborate with Oracle teams to share account insights and synchronize sales strategies.

• Supervise pipeline development, qualification, forecasting, and opportunity progression.

• Partner with Marketing, Pre-sales, and Delivery to craft compelling proposals.

• Create, organize, and deliver tailored customer presentations for various leadership levels.

• Execute all other responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 12 years of experience in selling consulting services within the SLED and/or Commercial markets.

• Proven experience in large-scale Oracle SaaS sales and/or On-Prem cycles.

• Familiarity with State and Local government, Higher Education, and/or Commercial sales cycles.

• Capability to manage a sales pipeline as an individual contributor.

• Strong business acumen with a proven history of promoting emerging and disruptive technologies.

• Comprehensive capture experience, including teaming arrangements, evaluations of incumbent vendors, market research, and proposal response skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Effective presentation and writing skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and influence stakeholders both internally and externally.

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

• No security clearance is necessary.

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
