This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Design, develop, enhance, and configure Oracle CPQ functionalities.
• Create and sustain product configurators, business rules, workflows, pricing structures, approval procedures, and associated functionalities.
• Develop and support customizations for Oracle CPQ utilizing BML, BMQL, data tables, configuration rules, commerce processes, and related technologies.
• Collect stakeholder requirements and convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert on Oracle CPQ.
• Resolve complex issues related to applications, configurations, integrations, and data.
• Investigate root causes and execute long-term solutions.
• Provide continuous platform support to users and business teams.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle CPQ and enterprise systems.
• Utilize REST and SOAP APIs to facilitate data exchange and connectivity.
• Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and integration projects.
• Engage in design, testing, validation, and deployment of functionalities and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders prior to releases.
• Support testing for updates, enhancements, and new product launches.
• Create and sustain technical, configuration, and business process documentation.
• Identify and implement enhancements to performance, reliability, maintainability, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on Oracle CPQ capabilities, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• At least 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining intricate product configurators and business rules.
• Proficient in BML, BMQL, XSL, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with configuration rules, commerce processes, data tables, File Manager, Catalog Definition, Process Definition, and approval workflows.
• Experience in creating documents, emails, and reports.
• Knowledge of the CPQ Homepage.
• Proficient in CPQ Administration, including Configuration Settings, Quote Settings, Integration Settings, and General Site Settings.
• Familiarity with Report Manager.
• Experience in building and maintaining REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Understanding of CPQ-CX integration and data flows.
• Skilled in gathering requirements and converting business needs into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in highly cross-functional environments.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Oracle CPQ certification, OIC, FDI, Oracle Fusion CX, ERP/CRM/eCommerce experience, direct-to-consumer, retail, manufacturing, product-based businesses, large-scale CPQ implementations, and Agile methodologies are advantageous but not mandatory.
