This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer technical and operational assistance to enterprise clients regarding product-related challenges.
• Address customer inquiries via email and phone promptly and in a professional manner.
• Conduct online troubleshooting and investigation sessions within customer production environments.
• Gather and document essential problem details to facilitate effective resolution.
• Replicate customer-reported issues in controlled testing environments for root cause analysis.
• Create custom utilities, workarounds, and innovative solutions to resolve critical issues and enhance product functionality.
• Deploy and oversee Edifecs applications on Kubernetes and AWS to meet the cloud infrastructure needs of enterprise clients.
• Implement solutions for defects identified during troubleshooting or reported by customers.
• Support Product and Development teams with performance analysis, functional testing, and validation throughout release cycles.
• Collaborate with Product Implementation and Development teams to tackle complex issues and ensure smooth product delivery.
• Work virtually with Product Operations staff to foster seamless teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Provide mentorship and task guidance to the Product Support and Product Operations teams.
• Ensure a consistent, responsive, and positive customer experience.
• Fulfill responsibilities outlined in the annual Performance Plan.
• Undertake special projects and additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in product support or implementation within the healthcare sector.
• 7 years of experience reading and writing relational database queries using T-SQL or ANSI-SQL.
• 7 years of hands-on experience developing or supporting applications using one or more of the following: COM, VB, Jscript, Java, Perl, C#, or VB.Net.
• 7 years of experience with EDI and EDI systems.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and Enrollment Management in the Healthcare domain.
• 7 years of experience working with HTML/XML.
• 6 years of experience in coding, including debugging and analyzing defects within code.
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience with Kubernetes and AWS, specifically in deploying and managing Edifecs applications.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
• Maintain accuracy and precision in all tasks.
• Identify issues, assess options, and implement effective solutions.
• Capacity to quickly learn new technologies, processes, and tools.
• Ability to clearly understand and convey technical concepts.
• Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Must have high-speed internet access/connectivity and maintain an appropriate office setup.
