Payment Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the functionality of payment methods and escalate any issues to the relevant providers and teams.

• Evaluate acceptance rates for various payment methods, providers, and cashiers; determine which methods to activate or deactivate and the volumes to process.

• Ensure adequate available balance across payment methods for processing withdrawals and initiating top-ups; analyze the cost structure of each method.

• Review and develop backup, contingency, and emergency plans.

• Establish monitoring guidelines and procedures for the monitoring and support teams.

• Report daily and weekly payment activities and issues to the Head of Operations.

• Assist in the integration of new payment providers and methods.

• Recommend improvements for products and payment flows.

• Address requests from customer support.

• Test new payment method integrations and deployments.

• Collaborate with the BI department to create data-driven enhancements for internal reporting and track essential business metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a billing/payments manager/support role or a similar position within online payments.

• Proficient in handling numbers and processing financial/transactional information.

• Advanced user of Excel and other Microsoft Office software.

• Strong understanding of online payment technical integrations, funnels, and flows.

• Experience in written and verbal communication with international customers or partners.

• In-depth knowledge of payment and transactional systems and services.

• At least Intermediate proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
