This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of quality benchmarks for media execution throughout campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and account management.
• Develop and implement scalable quality assurance frameworks and controls.
• Perform regular audits across various accounts and channels.
• Recognize recurring quality issues and tackle their root causes.
• Establish accountability and foster a culture of continuous improvement regarding delivery quality.
• Convert global media standards and best practices into playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and controls.
• Identify inefficiencies, execution risks, and unnecessary complexities within media processes.
• Standardize and streamline operational methods across accounts, teams, and channels.
• Collaborate with the VP of Media to prioritize and eliminate operational hurdles.
• Assess and implement tools, automation, and enhanced working methods.
• Keep operational standards updated as platforms, technologies, and client expectations change.
• Monitor significant releases, policy alterations, and product updates from major media platforms.
• Translate platform modifications into updates for internal processes and execution standards.
• Set consistent media execution standards for clients in the US and Mexico.
• Ensure the Mexico-based execution team maintains consistent quality and rigor across both markets.
• Assist the VP of Media in conveying market-specific contexts and requirements.
• Connect the Global Media Capability team with the Mexico media execution team.
• Extensive experience in media operations, media activation, paid media, or digital media execution.
• Strong practical experience in managing and executing campaigns on major media platforms.
• Profound knowledge of Google Ads, DV360, CM360, and social platforms like Meta and LinkedIn.
• Proven track record of working with US-based clients or in a US-centric media environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and media quality assurance.
• Experience in creating or implementing SOPs, playbooks, QA frameworks, and operational processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying root causes and enhancing processes.
• Experience in driving operational changes, automation, or adopting new media technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to influence and facilitate change through collaboration rather than through formal authority.
• Proficient English communication skills.
