This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Facilitate international and retail launches by managing inbound logistics plans, which encompass lead times, shipping schedules, and initial stock delivery to 3PLs and retail distribution centers.
• Convert retail partner specifications such as routing guides, labeling, ASNs, and case and pallet requirements into detailed instructions for 3PLs and freight partners.
• Verify inbound deliveries against the requirements set forth by retail partners.
• Assist with importer-of-record, distributor, and account setups in collaboration with Legal/Regulatory and Finance teams.
• Organize inbound and cross-border shipments, including bookings, Incoterms, customs documentation, and delivery scheduling.
• Monitor shipment milestones, in-transit inventory, service risks, and factors impacting landed costs.
• Address freight delays, customs obstacles, and partner-related issues, providing proactive solutions.
• Oversee daily inventory operations, which include processing purchase orders, recording goods receipts, maintaining BOM accuracy, and tracking offline fulfillment.
• Ensure accuracy within the 3PL portal, investigate stock discrepancies, and conduct month-end reconciliation counts.
• Assist in supplier onboarding by coordinating quality assurance paperwork, contracts, and system integrations.
• Monitor operational inputs related to EPR packaging, product registrations, and local compliance obligations.
• Transform post-launch insights into standardized templates and playbooks for future market entry initiatives.
• 2–4 years of practical experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
• Ideally, experience in FMCG, CPG, or rapidly growing retail brands.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping and customs documentation.
• Familiarity with Incoterms.
• Comprehension of physical retail logistics, including routing guides, ASNs, and delivery timeframes.
• Experience with ERPs, inventory management systems, and 3PL web portals.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and precise execution skills.
• Previous experience with food, beverage, or health and wellness products under regulatory scrutiny is a plus.
• Awareness of EPR packaging compliance and specific country registration procedures is advantageous.
• Proven ability to create playbooks or standard operating procedures from the ground up during periods of rapid company growth is a plus.
