πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Lead a team of Oncology Sales Specialists and ensure effective performance management.

β€’ Oversee the Oncology sales team in executing the sales strategy to enhance product distribution and market reach.

β€’ Guarantee the consistent application of established policies and procedures to achieve or surpass sales objectives.

β€’ Direct sales strategies and manage activities necessary to fulfill brand objectives across sales and marketing domains.

β€’ Supervise field-based Oncology Sales Specialists implementing territory business plans for innovative Oncology products.

β€’ Develop strategic plans and guide the team to achieve sales results within a designated budget.

β€’ Cultivate a high-performing, motivated, and engaged team while fostering individual talent and managing performance outcomes.

β€’ Engage with internal and external stakeholders to shape the business and assist appropriate patients.

β€’ Operate in the field with minimal supervision and adapt to changes effectively.

β€’ Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech regulatory and promotional guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum.

β€’ At least eight (8) years of relevant professional experience.

β€’ Minimum of five (5) years of sales or cross-functional experience in key commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sectors.

β€’ Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others toward achieving success.

β€’ A valid driver's license issued in one of the fifty (50) United States is necessary.

β€’ Willingness to travel as required, up to 40%, including potential overnight or weekend travel.

β€’ Preferred: Experience in Oncology, hospital and/or large account sales, and navigating complex reimbursement matters.

β€’ Preferred: Previous people management experience overseeing a mid-sized team or completion of a Management Development Program.

β€’ Preferred: Proficiency in high-level planning, organizing, and business strategy development.

β€’ Preferred: Demonstrated commitment to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI.

β€’ Preferred: Experience in building team AI literacy and confidence, promoting responsible AI usage and sound judgment.
