πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee a team of Oncology Sales Specialists while implementing effective performance management strategies.

β€’ Guide the Oncology sales team in executing the sales plan to optimize product distribution and enhance market penetration.

β€’ Ensure the consistent application of established policies and procedures to achieve or surpass sales targets.

β€’ Develop sales strategies and oversee activities necessary to fulfill brand objectives across both sales and marketing.

β€’ Lead field-based Oncology Sales Specialists in executing business plans for oncology products within their territories.

β€’ Formulate strategic plans and direct the team to achieve sales outcomes within an allocated budget.

β€’ Cultivate a high-performing, motivated, and engaged team while nurturing individual talent and managing performance effectively.

β€’ Build relationships with internal and external customers to shape business practices that aid appropriate patient access.

β€’ Operate in the field with minimal supervision and adapt swiftly to changes.

β€’ Exhibit knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech regulatory and promotional guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.

β€’ At least eight (8) years of relevant work experience is necessary.

β€’ A minimum of five (5) years of sales or cross-functional experience in key commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sectors.

β€’ Proven capability to lead, inspire, and motivate others towards achieving success.

β€’ A valid driver's license issued in any of the fifty (50) United States is required.

β€’ Willingness to travel as needed, up to 40%, including possible overnight or weekend travel.

β€’ Preferred: Experience in Oncology, hospital and/or large account sales, and managing through complex reimbursement challenges.

β€’ Preferred: Previous people management experience overseeing a mid-sized team or completion of a Management Development Program.

β€’ Preferred: Proficiency in high-level planning, organizing, and business planning.

β€’ Preferred: A demonstrated commitment to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI.

β€’ Preferred: Experience in fostering team AI literacy and confidence, promoting responsible AI use and sound judgment.
