This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Oncology Sales Specialists and implement effective performance management practices.

• Guide the Oncology sales team in executing the sales strategy to enhance product distribution and market reach.

• Consistently apply established policies and procedures to achieve or surpass sales targets.

• Lead sales strategy and manage efforts to optimize brand goals across both sales and marketing channels.

• Direct field-based Oncology Sales Specialists in the development and execution of territory business plans.

• Create strategic plans and support the team in achieving sales outcomes within an allocated budget.

• Build a high-performance, motivated, and engaged team.

• Foster individual talent development and manage team performance effectively.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align the business in aiding suitable patients.

• Operate in the field with limited supervision and adjust swiftly to changes.

• Adhere to pharmaceutical and biotech regulatory and promotional standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least eight (8) years of relevant professional experience is required.

• A minimum of five (5) years in sales or cross-functional roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sectors.

• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others toward success.

• A valid driver’s license from one of the fifty (50) United States is necessary.

• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 40%, including overnight and weekend trips.

• Preferred: Experience in Oncology, with hospital and/or large account sales, and navigating complex reimbursement challenges.

• Preferred: Previous people management experience overseeing a mid-sized team or completion of a Management Development Program.

• Preferred: Proficiency in high-level planning, organizing, and business strategy.

• Preferred: A demonstrated commitment to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI.

• Preferred: Experience in enhancing team AI literacy and confidence while promoting responsible AI use and sound judgment.
