This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Advocate for Pfizer’s product range to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Inform healthcare community members about the correct utilization of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences with Pfizer offerings and improve overall patient care quality.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target clients by connecting insightful evaluations of accounts and business landscapes with a deep understanding of Pfizer products and resources.
• Promote a diverse array of products.
• Create demand for Pfizer products within designated accounts.
• Formulate detailed territory, account, and customer strategies to meet targeted objectives.
• Foster relationships across institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and establish enduring connections with priority customers.
• Evaluate the requirements of target physicians and accounts, addressing those needs with tailored approaches, specialized skills, and suitable resources.
• Engage, persuade, and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate in a matrix environment, utilizing various resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• Travel within the assigned territory, which includes Virginia Beach, VA, and Wilmington, NC.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution, or an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• A minimum of 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or at least 4 years of Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven history of success and achievement in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Exceptional ability to learn and convey technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse range of customers.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and capable of adapting to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• Experience in Breast Cancer Therapeutic Areas is strongly preferred.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree is preferred.
• Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders is preferred.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.
• This role requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
