This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Promote Pfizer’s extensive product range to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Provide education to members of the healthcare community on the proper utilization of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experience and care quality.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers.
• Evaluate account and business environments to align insights with Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate for a diverse range of products.
• Drive demand for Pfizer products within assigned accounts.
• Create thorough territory, account, and customer strategies.
• Sustain relationships across institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and establish enduring connections with top-priority customers.
• Identify the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing them with suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate within a matrix environment, utilizing various resources to meet customer demands and achieve results.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as needed.
• Valid US driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citations within the past 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a minimum of 4 years of prior Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven history of success and achievement in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Outstanding ability to learn and effectively communicate technical and scientific product information and disease management details to a diverse customer base.
• High level of business acumen demonstrated.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and adaptable to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• Experience in Breast Cancer Therapeutic Areas is highly preferred.
• Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this position, now or in the future.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
