This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Execute strategic initiatives across a multifaceted territory or multi-state area, ensuring ongoing commercial success.
• Enhance partnerships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders to promote awareness and appropriate application of Exelixis oncology therapies.
• Utilize advanced analytics and market intelligence to optimize territory strategy and influence internal decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle clinical, operational, and access-related challenges.
• Advocate for field insights in brand strategy and contribute to innovative tactical approaches.
• Recognize emerging trends, competitive challenges, and unmet needs within the territory.
• Exemplify high standards of compliance, professionalism, and ethical engagement.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives alongside access and reimbursement teams.
• Act as a field-based representative for new product introductions, pilot programs, and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, integrated delivery networks, and institutional decision-makers.
• Assist regional leadership in business planning, training, and performance evaluation.
• Guide junior team members by sharing effective practices and fostering skill enhancement.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, with 9 years or 7 years of related experience respectively; or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in oncology sales is essential.
• Experience with product launches is mandatory.
• Proficient in relationship management.
• Strong customer focus.
• Demonstrated teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Skills in influencing and persuasion.
• Capability to present complex clinical data persuasively.
• Strong aptitude for business planning.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
