This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Manage the complete client onboarding process from initial intake to final go-live.
• Develop, oversee, and enhance onboarding procedures, which include playbooks, checklists, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Supervise the collection, verification, and submission of KYC/KYB packages, merchant applications, and necessary regulatory documents.
• Keep the group's master due diligence library and corporate structure files in a state ready for audits.
• Establish onboarding priorities that align with market launch plans approved by leadership.
• Predict pipeline capacity and timelines while addressing high-volume queues to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Manage escalations for complex or delayed applications, including compliance inquiries related to acquirer group structures and licensing.
• Compile and summarize proposed fee schedules, reserve requirements, and settlement conditions for evaluation and approval.
• Spearhead the application of AI and automation tools, such as Claude, to minimize manual tasks and reduce turnaround times.
• Organize demos, sandbox testing, payment flow validations, and credential setups in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Create onboarding records for new providers and transition them to the integrations team upon handoff.
• Monitor acquirer and PSP onboarding standards across various target jurisdictions and payment types.
• Define and communicate onboarding key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
• Optionally provide mentorship and guidance to junior onboarding staff.
• 3–5 years of specialized experience in PSP onboarding within the iGaming sector.
• Experience in offshore markets is essential.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with complex corporate structures.
• Background in gathering due diligence documentation and meeting rigorous acquirer compliance standards.
• Demonstrated capability to manage a substantial onboarding pipeline across multiple brands and entities concurrently without compromising accuracy or speed.
• Keen attention to detail when evaluating payment agreements, pricing models, and financial terms.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively among third-party compliance teams, internal legal departments, and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, such as to Malta.
• Commitment to attending approximately two key industry conferences each year.
