This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee the onboarding, installation, and training processes for reference lab and in-house diagnostic clients.
• Manage customer onboarding projects alongside field support specialists, sales teams, PIMS integration, and technical services.
• Organize the planning and scheduling of installations for reference labs and in-house diagnostics.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the implementation of installation projects.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules, PIMS integration tasks, the scheduling of field specialists, and timelines for product availability.
• Collaborate with both internal and external resources to adhere to established timelines.
• Assess customer satisfaction and provide exceptional service to enhance retention.
• Review sales orders to ensure accurate customer contact information, product delivery needs, and order precision.
• Supervise process modifications from the first contact through to project completion.
• Gather pre-installation details and notify leadership and commercial teams about potential issues.
• Work with leadership, sales, logistics, shipping, field specialists, and customers to ensure readiness for installation.
• Manage the installation calendar for Field Specialists, including installations, training sessions, service calls, and vacation time.
• Schedule installations and service calls to reduce travel and accommodation expenses.
• Accurately document installation and repair case information in the CRM.
• A Vet Tech, Vet Nurse, Vet Assistant, or DVM with appropriate veterinary practice experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years in product or customer-facing roles is required.
• Experience in managing customer technical or commercial support is crucial.
• A clear comprehension of the phases involved in customer commercial and technical onboarding is essential.
• Familiarity with both reference lab and in-house diagnostic technologies and their relevance to routine veterinary practices is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in French is mandatory.
• Exceptional project management capabilities are necessary.
• Strong written communication skills are essential.
• Proficient business presentation skills are required.
• Effective negotiation skills are important.
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities are essential.
• Capability to analyze complex situations and proactively recognize opportunities or issues is necessary.
• Travel may be required up to 30% of the time.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets, database management, email, video conferencing, the Internet, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams is required.
