Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Expand ExactCare’s patient base across the United States by promoting and educating individuals about medication management solutions.

• Conduct telephone-based medication assessments and enroll patients in services.

• Perform health and medication evaluations, including reviewing medications and administration instructions while gathering essential health information.

• Accurately input patient prescription data to ensure the correct medications are dispensed.

• Meet key performance metrics established by management.

• Create a favorable first impression of AnewHealth/ExactCare and its offerings.

• Provide education to facilities, institutions, and patients regarding ExactCare.

• Oversee the patient assessment process and maintain referral partnerships.

• Keep precise records and generate reports for the ExactCare team.

• Reach out to prospective patients daily, schedule telephonic reviews, and conduct follow-up calls.

• Engage in daily team meetings, training sessions, and ad-hoc gatherings.

• Maintain ongoing communication with the management team.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a relevant field or comparable experience that justifies an exception.

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a pharmacy setting.

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Energetic and compassionate communication skills over the phone are essential.

• Must be highly motivating and possess persuasive abilities.

• Team-oriented with a focus on helping others succeed.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent multitasking capabilities.

• Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.

• Outstanding oral, written, facilitation, and presentation communication skills.

• Proficient in the MS Office suite.

• A genuine passion for helping people and improving their lives.

• Available to work an average of 40 hours per week, including occasional work outside of regular business hours.
