Senior OEM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement thorough OEM partnership strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and increasing product adoption.

• Oversee the complete spectrum of OEM relationships, which includes contract negotiations, business planning, and collaborative go-to-market initiatives.

• Work alongside internal stakeholders and OEM partners to ensure smooth product integration and alignment of technical and sales efforts.

• Identify and nurture new OEM partnership opportunities to broaden ZeroFox's market reach.

• Keep an eye on market trends and competitor OEM programs to discern potential risks and opportunities.

• Lead cross-functional teams to empower OEM partners with essential training, resources, and support.

• Monitor and report on key metrics related to the performance of OEM partnerships and their impact on revenue.

• Act as the primary point of contact between ZeroFox and OEM partners to ensure that objectives are achieved and long-term partnerships are fostered.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in OEM management, partner management, or business development within the technology or cybersecurity industries.

• A proven history of successfully managing and expanding OEM or channel partnerships.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in contract negotiation, business planning, and leading cross-functional teams.

• A technical understanding of cybersecurity solutions, SaaS platforms, or related technologies is preferred.

• A strategic mindset coupled with a results-oriented approach.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in analyzing market trends and translating findings into actionable partnership strategies.

• Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Willingness to travel as required.
