Senior Network Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Administer and configure Cisco and Dell switches, VLANs, and facilitate dynamic routing between data centers, cloud environments, and clients/suppliers.

• Manage FortiGate firewalls, which includes establishing security rules, NAT configurations, and VPN setups.

• Execute centralized management via FortiManager, EMS, and FortiAnalyzer.

• Oversee the Netskope platform and ZTNA policies to ensure secure remote access.

• Manage AWS cloud connectivity, incorporating VPCs, subnets, route tables, Transit Gateways, ENIs, and EIPs.

• Handle dedicated connectivity with GCP.

• Administer load balancing solutions using Citrix NetScaler and AWS Elastic Load Balancer.

• Monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot failures, and implement scheduled changes.

• Support connectivity and security incidents.

• Provide assistance to the development team.

• Manage service contracts effectively.

• Conduct maintenance on modems and wireless routers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in network administration, switches, and dynamic routing.

• Familiarity with FortiGate firewalls and their associated management tools.

• Experience with AWS cloud connectivity and load balancing techniques.

• Background in monitoring, incident management, and change management processes.

• Plus: experience with Citrix NetScaler and AWS Elastic Load Balancer.

• Plus: knowledge of dedicated connectivity solutions with GCP.

• Plus: experience in mission-critical settings with multiple data centers.

• Plus: familiarity with ITIL practices (incidents and changes).

• Plus: proficiency in Spanish.

• Availability to work from 09:00 to 18:00.
