This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
β’ Foster and uphold a constructive and professional learning atmosphere.
β’ Develop and enhance training and development programs that align with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives.
β’ Create and present training for end-users, partners, and distributors, including curriculum, instructional materials, and assessments for general preparatory courses.
β’ Conduct technical preparatory training addressing the fundamental skill requirements as identified by enterprise needs.
β’ Achieve project goals and inspire trainees through impactful training sessions.
β’ Continuously refine training programs and learning opportunities throughout the organization.
β’ Modify and update programs to accommodate changes in the work environment.
β’ Serve as the content authority and maintain up-to-date training documents and materials.
β’ Design and implement effective onboarding programs.
β’ Monitor and assess trainee progress through questionnaires and provide feedback to their managers.
β’ Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements and identify suitable e-learning strategies.
β’ Contribute to the development and/or delivery of e-learning packages.
β’ Investigate and showcase new workplace learning technologies and methodologies.
β’ Ensure that trainees comply with the company's Code of Conduct.
β’ Facilitate the learning and development of Emergency Response Tier 1 Agents.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
β’ Must be at least 18 years of age.
β’ High School Diploma or GED is required.
β’ A four-year college degree in a relevant field such as industrial or applied sciences is preferred.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
β’ Capable of adhering to established methods, procedures, reports, and job-related competencies.
β’ Ability to present information and facilitate class discussions effectively.
β’ Energetic, enthusiastic, and innovative, with various approaches to motivate and engage an audience.
β’ Strong skills in interpersonal relations, conflict management, mentoring, organization, project management, and influence.
β’ Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
β’ Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
β’ Must have prior certification in Tiers 3, 2, and 1 Fleet and Emergency Response.
β’ A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field, training, or teaching is preferred (Nice to Have).
β’ Strong leadership capabilities and proficiency in managing groups (Nice to Have).
