Senior MuleSoft Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy MuleSoft APIs and integration solutions.

• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs along with application integrations utilizing MuleSoft.

• Create integration designs that connect enterprise applications, services, databases, and external systems.

• Work extensively with the Anypoint Platform, Anypoint Studio, Mule Runtime, and API Manager.

• Develop reusable integration components and APIs in accordance with API-led connectivity principles.

• Implement data transformations and mappings via DataWeave.

• Configure error handling, logging, security, monitoring, and exception management.

• Troubleshoot integration issues, conducting root-cause analysis and performance optimization.

• Participate in solution design, technical reviews, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Collaborate with architects, application teams, business stakeholders, and other integration teams.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to development standards, security guidelines, and integration best practices.

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior development resources as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong practical experience in MuleSoft development and enterprise application integration.

• Proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Anypoint Studio.

• Extensive experience in developing and integrating REST and SOAP APIs.

• Proficient in DataWeave, RAML, JSON, XML, and API specifications.

• Solid understanding of API-led connectivity and integration architecture patterns.

• Experience in integrating applications through HTTP/S, databases, messaging, and enterprise connectors.

• Knowledge of API security, authentication, authorization, and access management concepts.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• MuleSoft Developer or Integration Architect certification is preferred.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise integration programs.

• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices is a plus.
