Senior Mulesoft Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types.

• Create automation through Flows and declarative tools, API Integrations, and Mulesoft.

• Engage in code reviews, Salesforce Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset).

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices and security protocols.

• Improve Sales Cloud functionalities, including Lead/Opportunity lifecycle management and custom quote workflows.

• Assist in Service Cloud capabilities, focusing on Case Management and Omni-Channel Routing.

• Tailor Experience Cloud portals with Lightning components and customized user experiences.

• Collaborate within Agile delivery teams.

• Support client interactions and influence business results through CRM and platform automation.

• Extensive knowledge across Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).

• Expertise in Salesforce development tools and technologies such as Apex, LWC, and SOQL.

• Experience with automation tools and API integrations.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce best practices and security guidelines.

• Advanced English communication abilities.

• Familiarity with Data Cloud and Agentforce.

• Experience with CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and enhancements to the Service Console.
