This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Act as a technical advisor and mentor for development and integration teams, fostering best practices in governance, reuse, and API-Led Connectivity.
β’ Create robust, resilient, and scalable integration architectures, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and minimal latency.
β’ Establish corporate standards for governance, contract versioning, API catalogs, and catalogs of reusable components.
β’ Collaborate with enterprise architects and technical leads for legacy systems, cloud teams, and security teams to facilitate connected ecosystems.
β’ Assess and implement advanced API Management policies, including rate limiting, traffic management, and regulatory compliance across exposure layers.
β’ Develop strategies for monitoring, observability, and telemetry for APIs utilizing Anypoint Visualizer, Monitoring, or third-party tools like Datadog, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
β’ Lead root cause analyses (RCA) of significant integration incidents and recommend structural enhancements to improve capacity and resilience.
β’ Advanced expertise with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, covering Design Center, Exchange, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Access Management, and MQ.
β’ Extensive experience in enterprise application integration (EAI), enterprise integration patterns (EIP), and event-driven architecture (EDA).
β’ Comprehensive hands-on experience with Mule Runtime (Mule 4.x), DataWeave 2.0, and API development guided by API-Led Connectivity principles (System, Process, and Experience APIs).
β’ Proficient in specifying and designing API contracts using RAML and the OpenAPI Specification (OAS).
β’ Demonstrated experience with Anypoint Platform deployment models, including CloudHub (1.0/2.0), Runtime Fabric (RTF on Kubernetes/OpenShift), and/or On-Premises/Customer-Hosted environments.
β’ Strong understanding of integration security, encompassing OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, mTLS, JWT, API Gateway policies, and management of credentials and secrets.
β’ Experience with CI/CD pipelines applied to the MuleSoft lifecycle, including the Mule Maven Plugin, GitHub Actions, and Azure Pipelines, along with automated testing using MUnit.
β’ Active official MuleSoft certifications, such as MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect (MCPA) and/or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (MCIA) (preferred).
β’ Hands-on experience with architectural migration from CloudHub 1.0 to CloudHub 2.0 or the adoption of Runtime Fabric (RTF) (preferred).
β’ Familiarity with messaging and streaming brokers like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS, or Azure Event Hubs/Service Bus (preferred).
β’ Knowledge of microservices architectures and public cloud providers, including AWS, Azure, Oracle, or GCP (preferred).
β’ Understanding of catalog automation, Anypoint API Community Manager, or native MuleSoft integration with the Salesforce ecosystem (preferred).
