SAP SuccessFactors Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Lead the architecture of SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM solutions within transformation programs.

• Create and present HR solution blueprints, architectural designs, and technology recommendations.

• Convert HR business needs into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

• Provide counsel to clients regarding SAP SuccessFactors HCM capabilities, architecture, functionality, and integrations.

• Recognize significant design choices in business-led, SAP-enabled HR transformations.

• Design and manage integrations among SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and third-party enterprise systems.

• Utilize enterprise architecture principles and integration standards in solution design.

• Assist in implementation strategy, solution governance, and technical decision-making.

• Discover automation and iRPA opportunities within HR processes.

• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions align with project goals and quality standards.

• Support pre-sales initiatives, proposals, solution development, and new SAP HCM opportunities.

• Offer technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to SAP consultants.

• Keep abreast of SAP SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, features, and trends in HCM technology.

• Submit a professional profile/CV and engage in a 30-minute business alignment discussion.

• Complete a direct client interview and project-specific technical assessment as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solution architecture.

• Strong background in designing and implementing SAP HCM / HR transformation solutions.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC, especially in HR settings.

• Robust functional understanding of Organisational Management (OM), Payroll, Employee Self-Service (ESS), Manager Self-Service (MSS), and HR Reporting.

• Deep knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integrations.

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and integration design.

• Proven client-facing and stakeholder management experience.

• Experience in leading onshore, nearshore, and offshore technical teams.

• Strong advisory, problem-solving, and communication competencies.

• Ability to engage effectively in both strategic and detailed technical discussions.

• Experience in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, life sciences, retail, telecommunications, insurance, or agribusiness is a plus.

• Familiarity with SAP BTP and modern SAP integration technologies is advantageous.

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a plus.

• Experience with automation / iRPA in HR processes is a bonus.

• Significant experience supporting SAP transformation programs across multiple countries is a plus.

• Capability to work within CET ± 3 hours.

• Willingness to undergo Castille Vetting, including background and compliance checks.
