This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Modernize and improve MSSP partner agreements.
• Create playbooks that govern the processes for developing, updating, and negotiating future agreements.
• Manage the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of the MSSP agreement framework along with new agreement standards.
• Collaborate effectively with Legal, Product, and Partner Managers.
• Oversee the reconstruction and launch of MSSP partner agreements.
• Update legacy pricing addendums to ensure alignment with current product offerings and market strategies.
• Prioritize tasks with Partner Managers and support the creation and adoption of playbooks.
• Assist with new MSSP contracts and revisions to existing pricing addendums.
• Develop and maintain playbooks for agreement and pricing addendum updates.
• Refine the MSSP agreement strategy to achieve a standardized agreement with specified exception pathways.
• Create the MSSP negotiation playbook, detailing target positions, flexibility, and negotiation strategies.
• Direct negotiations that deviate from the playbook and involve cross-functional senior leadership as necessary.
• A minimum of 8 years of cumulative experience in MSSP or partner ecosystem management along with contracts management or administration.
• Experience within the partner ecosystem; preference given to those with MSSP partner experience.
• Extensive understanding of partner ecosystems and partner agreements, including experience with MSSP, SI, and/or GSI.
• Practical contract experience, particularly in agreement negotiations as a Partner Manager; formal contract management experience is preferred.
• Capability to review agreements and negotiations to preemptively identify potential issues.
• Experience utilizing AI and automation tools is essential (e.g., Claude, Gemini, etc.).
