This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and initiate an initial pipeline of MSP partnerships.
• Identify, categorize, and refine MSP profiles to enhance the ideal customer/partner profile.
• Manage the entire MSP relationship lifecycle, from outreach and discovery to onboarding, activation, revenue generation, retention, and expansion.
• Engage in discussions with MSP owners and leaders to test positioning, uncover needs, address objections, and identify gaps.
• Develop and validate HighLevel's value proposition for MSPs.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Programs, Product Marketing, Enablement, Marketplace, Product, and other internal teams on messaging, onboarding, enablement, and infrastructure.
• Gain an understanding of HighLevel's affiliate ecosystem and align affiliate-led growth strategies with the MSP business model.
• Create and enhance the MSP go-to-market playbook using market feedback, experiments, performance data, successes, and failures.
• Identify applications and integrations within the ecosystem that bolster HighLevel's MSP value proposition and create revenue opportunities.
• Develop key MSP relationships for validation, feedback, advocacy, case studies, and growth.
• Monitor pipeline, activation, revenue performance, market feedback, and key insights; provide investment recommendations.
• Operate with a test-learn-adjust-scale methodology while ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Represent HighLevel at around 1–2 relevant MSP industry events each quarter.
• A well-established and active network of relationships with MSP owners, executives, and business leaders.
• In-depth knowledge of the MSP ecosystem, encompassing MSP operations, service monetization, recurring revenue, technology assessment, and vendor selection.
• Proven experience in building pipelines and developing new business relationships.
• Strong builder mentality with experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup or zero-to-one environments.
• Capability to operate without a fully developed playbook and to create one through execution and experimentation.
• Strong commercial instincts with the ability to translate market feedback into actionable go-to-market recommendations.
• A keen interest in affiliate-led growth and a willingness to learn about HighLevel's affiliate ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Capacity to work cross-functionally across Affiliate Programs, Marketing, Product Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Marketplace teams.
• Proficiency in analyzing relationship performance, pipeline, activation, and revenue data.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 1–2 times per quarter.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the MSP ecosystem, MSP-focused technology, SaaS partnerships, channel development, business development, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and technical ecosystem concepts is preferred.
• Experience with vertical SaaS, platform ecosystems, or product-led growth environments is preferred.
