This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Act as the main contact at Axis for designated major end-customer account relationships.
• Oversee all facets of assigned account relationships from their inception and assignment through to transition.
• Strategically cultivate accounts to enhance the Axis relationship across product ranges, geographical areas, and extended timelines.
• Engage in account sales and implementation, which includes presentations, proposals, pilot-install site management, and integration testing.
• Foster relationships with end users and ecosystem partners.
• Assemble account teams and streamline resources and communication across sales, business development, marketing, and technical services.
• Create and maintain account documentation, such as meeting minutes, notes, designs, Axis CRM records, and tracking tools.
• Involve in account design, which includes site surveys, camera recommendations, camera placement, field of view, pixels on target, site drawings, system design, third-party recommendations, and integration.
• Keep accurate product configuration and specification documentation.
• Compile weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports as necessary.
• Coordinate post-sales support and technical assistance.
• Carry out other related tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales, National / Key Accounts, Sales Engineering, or Project Management, preferably within the video and physical security sectors.
• Strong skills in account management and team building.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic and trusted relationships with end-users.
• Capability to manage relationships with various integrators, distributors, and partners.
• Excellent verbal, listening, written, presentation, and training abilities.
• High technical aptitude for shootouts, proof of concepts, pilots, and troubleshooting before and after sales.
• Ability to clearly convey complex technologies and specifications.
• Experienced in design documentation, including schematics, flow charts, metrics, field of view, and pixels on target.
• Strong understanding of the physical security market, its products, and emerging trends.
• Knowledge of video transport protocols and compression technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Capability to occasionally lift 20–40 lbs.
• Ability to climb and stand on ladders or lifts for extended durations.
• Willingness to work at heights, including ceilings, ladders, and rooftops.
• Up to 60% travel may be required occasionally.
• Must reside in the Eastern Wisconsin area.
