Senior Mobile SDK Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and create the SDK, which encompasses in-game placement elements, app-to-app transitions, deep linking, and referral identifiers that remain intact during store visits and installations.

• Construct the native layer, incorporating bridges for iOS and Android, along with IL2CPP, Gradle, and Xcode plugin integration, while ensuring compatibility with other SDKs in the build process.

• Enforce constraints on size, cold-start times, and frame-rate budgets within Continuous Integration (CI).

• Manage versioning, UPM/Asset Store distribution, support for Unity LTS, and migration strategies.

• Create the testing framework, which includes a sample game, verification of cross-version builds, integration tests, a debug mode, and comprehensive documentation.

• Oversee SDK architecture, public API, releases, and the end-to-end partner experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of engineering experience.

• Significant experience with Unity and C#, particularly in applications deployed to both iOS and Android.

• Experience in building or making core contributions to a library or SDK that is utilized by other developers.

• Understanding of API design and maintaining backward compatibility.

• Extensive knowledge of the Unity mobile build pipeline.

• Proficiency in Kotlin/Java and Swift/Objective-C for developing bridges and diagnosing platform behavior, in addition to C#.

• Strong skills in profiling.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Preferred: Experience with monetization SDKs, including offerwalls, rewarded videos, or mediation.

• Preferred: Knowledge of attribution and deep-linking within a Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) context.

• Preferred: Experience in mobile game development or live operations.

• Preferred: Familiarity with reward-fraud mitigation.
