Senior Mobile SDK Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and develop a dependable SDK for integration into Unity-based mobile games and applications.

• Construct and maintain native SDK components for both iOS and Android, alongside the Unity integration layer.

• Establish SDK architecture, public APIs, integration methodologies, and communication protocols between Unity and native mobile components.

• Manage the entire SDK lifecycle from initial design and implementation to packaging, release, monitoring, and ongoing support.

• Confirm compatibility across various Unity versions, iOS and Android versions, devices, and customer environments.

• Collaborate with the Mobile Lead and other engineers on technical decisions and the implementation process.

• Actively identify technical risks and propose practical solutions with minimal supervision required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software development experience.

• Extensive hands-on experience in developing mobile SDKs utilized within Unity applications.

• More than 3 years of relevant experience in Unity SDK development.

• At least 2 years of experience in native mobile development.

• Strong understanding of Unity and the integration between Unity/C# and native mobile code.

• Professional experience in native Android development using Kotlin.

• Professional experience in native iOS development using Swift.

• Familiarity with mobile application lifecycles, performance considerations, threading, and debugging.

• Previous experience in leading or taking significant ownership of an SDK initiative is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions.

• High level of ownership, intrinsic motivation, and capability to work independently.
