Senior Microsoft 365 / Viva Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Implement and provide support for Viva Connections and Viva Amplify within large enterprise organizations.

• Design and set up SharePoint Communication Sites along with SharePoint News features.

• Create and tailor Viva Connections cards to meet business needs.

• Develop custom cards utilizing Quick Views, Card Views, and Adaptive Card Extensions (ACEs).

• Create and modify solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

• Collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders to comprehend requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

• Diagnose and enhance Viva and SharePoint solutions in enterprise settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-12+ years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated experience in deploying Viva Connections and Viva Amplify in large-scale organizations.

• Comprehensive understanding of SharePoint News features.

• Extensive experience with SharePoint Communication Sites.

• Practical experience in building Viva Connections cards.

• Proficient in developing custom cards using Quick Views, Card Views, and Adaptive Card Extensions.

• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

• Experience with Microsoft 365 enterprise solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with other Microsoft Viva solutions is a plus.

• Knowledge of enterprise Microsoft 365 governance and administration is advantageous.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments is preferred.
