This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the development, execution, and enhancement of performance-driven media investments across television, streaming, audio, print, out-of-home (OOH), syndication, and emerging channels.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of media investments while balancing client goals, budgets, performance metrics, and market opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, value, and media placements to optimize client performance and return on investment.
• Utilize performance data and market insights to pinpoint optimization opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
• Align media investments with client KPIs and suggest testing opportunities, budget reallocations, and growth avenues.
• Assess partnerships, sponsorships, integrations, and innovative opportunities that support client objectives.
• Explore new technologies, platforms, and media solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with account, planning, analytics, and buying teams to formulate and implement media strategies.
• Construct and oversee media schedules across local, national, and connected TV (CTV) platforms.
• Monitor pacing, clearance, budget delivery, and performance throughout campaign durations.
• Provide clients and internal stakeholders with budget updates and performance recommendations.
• Analyze campaign performance and create actionable recommendations linked to business objectives.
• Present performance insights, testing outcomes, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Act as a client-facing resource regarding media strategy, performance, and investment opportunities.
• Cultivate expertise in television, streaming, audience-based buying, and cross-platform media strategies.
• Identify opportunities for improved reach, efficiency, and performance across various channels.
• Collaborate on audience insights, attribution, and measurement solutions.
• Incorporate industry and consumer media trends into recommendations and planning choices.
• Mentor Media Coordinators, Assistants, and junior team members.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new team members.
• Document processes, best practices, and learning experiences.
• Work across departments to enhance workflows and share knowledge.
• Engage in team meetings, training opportunities, special projects, thought leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in media investment, buying, planning, or campaign management across various channels.
• National TV buying experience is essential.
• Experience with streaming media is preferred.
• 2 to 3 years of campaign management experience.
• Strong grasp of performance marketing principles and their impact on business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and maximize client value.
• Capacity to manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a talent for transforming data into actionable insights.
• Ability to identify testing opportunities and enhance performance through strategic media investments.
• Competence in making sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize media platforms, analytics tools, and proprietary systems.
