Senior Media Buyer – Meta Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee paid social initiatives for the dating sector in collaboration with the media buying lead.

• Create advertising angles, hooks, advertorials, and comprehensive ad concepts that address customer challenges.

• Develop and consistently evaluate ads leveraging personal expertise and AI technologies.

• Manage Meta campaigns from start to finish, encompassing structure, budget distribution, scaling, account health, and compliance.

• Make independent decisions regarding which ads to kill, keep, or scale.

• Design entire funnels from the ground up, including pre-landers, advertorials, and landing pages.

• Automate creative variations, reporting, competitor tracking, and campaign operations using Claude Code and agentic tools.

• Monitor changes in Meta algorithms and policies, test updates, and disseminate insights to the team.

• Initiate TikTok, YouTube Ads, and other creative-rich channels from inception to profitability.

• Dedicate approximately 60% of time to creative development, with the rest focused on buying, funnel construction, and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in media buying within affiliate or direct-response lead generation, particularly in dating, adult, iGaming, nutra, sweepstakes, insurance, or similar fields.

• Successfully built complete funnels: persona research, ad angle, advertorial, landing page, without delegating these tasks.

• A portfolio of self-created ads showcasing expenditure and results.

• Daily use of AI-driven frontier models, such as Claude Code, Lovable, Higgsfield, and similar tools.

• Capability to articulate how AI has enhanced or hindered work outcomes.

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

• Independent working style.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Proficiency in German or another market language is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Optional experience with TikTok or YouTube Ads.
