This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of direct-response initiatives on Meta.
• Strategize, initiate, oversee, and expand campaigns for designated products or offers.
• Track spending, revenue, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, average order values, and other funnel metrics.
• Analyze changes in performance and suggest data-driven actions.
• Formulate hypotheses, prioritize experiments, establish success metrics, and determine what to scale, revise, or discontinue.
• Investigate customers, competitors, and market trends to uncover new approaches and insights.
• Provide briefings to copywriters and designers, offering actionable feedback focused on performance for ad copy, images, and videos.
• Distribute budgets among campaigns and tests while optimizing for ROI and profitability goals.
• Identify challenges related to landing pages, offers, checkouts, tracking, or attribution, collaborating with relevant teams for resolution.
• Present succinct performance updates, clarify insights, and propose subsequent actions.
• Adhere to Meta advertising standards and uphold a positive user experience.
• Conduct regular reviews of live campaigns, including performance checks over weekends when necessary.
• Manage additional ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with the Media Buying Lead on priorities and overall strategy.
• Maintain accountability for project performance while overseeing daily budgets in the four-figure range.
• A degree or higher, preferably in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in running marketing campaigns for e-commerce platforms to drive revenue.
• Strong, demonstrated knowledge of media-buying platforms and their compliance guidelines, including Facebook, Bing, and Google Ads.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads.
• A minimum of 1 year of practical experience with Google Ads.
• An analytical mindset with the capability to devise solutions and next steps for campaign testing.
• A positive, can-do attitude when managing new marketing campaigns that require thorough testing.
• A strong sense of ownership regarding performance and its influence on the company's success.
• Proven experience in responsibly managing a four-figure daily media buying budget while achieving target ROAS.
• Proficiency in English.
• A creative approach to developing and writing advertising materials, including copy, video, and images.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools for research, customer insights, testing concepts, and analyzing campaign results while ensuring compliance with performance data and advertising guidelines.
• Comprehensive understanding of Facebook Platforms.
• Skills and experience with Canva and Photoshop are advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics UA and GA4.
• Familiarity with tools like Voluum, Hyros, or Redtrack is a bonus.
• Experience with Microsoft Tools.
• A computer with adequate performance capabilities.
• At least two monitor screens, including the laptop screen.

• A designated workstation in a quiet, conducive environment.
• Reliable power and internet connectivity.
• 6-month contract role with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on individual performance and business requirements.
