This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance high-spending campaigns on Meta and Google, which includes YouTube, Search, and Performance Max.
• Spot scaling opportunities, budget reallocations, performance inefficiencies, underperforming markets, testing gaps, and innovative strategies.
• Work collaboratively with media buyers and leadership to develop cross-platform and state-level budget strategies.
• Identify successful ads, angles, concepts, and creative opportunities across various markets and platforms.
• Connect performance data with the creative team by conveying what is effective, gaining traction, becoming fatigued, or needed.
• Analyze underperforming states and design as well as implement improvement plans.
• Manage weekly and monthly spending plans and pacing.
• Direct cross-platform and state-level budget distribution.
• Initiate campaigns and creative content on Meta and Google.
• Maintain essential media buying Google Sheets and reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor performance and create testing frameworks.
• Ensure campaign structure and account organization are upheld.
• Supervise campaigns, spending, volume, and high-spending problematic campaigns or ads, including during weekends if required.
• Activate or deactivate campaigns and implement critical changes outside of regular business hours when instructed.
• Investigate new advertising strategies, creative trends, campaign frameworks, platforms, tools, and testing methodologies.
• Bring forward ideas, challenge existing assumptions, conduct tests, learn from outcomes, and iterate effectively.
• Located in the United States.
• Authorized to work full-time in the United States.

• Actively managed ad spends exceeding $1M per month.
• Highly skilled in Meta and/or Google platforms.
• Experience in managing monthly ad spends of 7-figures.
• Strong capability to analyze extensive performance data and discern key insights.
• Ability to identify potential winning ads early and expand on them.
• Understanding of large-scale budget allocation.
• Knowledge of performance across different platforms, markets, and creative outputs.
• Familiarity with creative diversity and its influence on performance.
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
• Extremely analytical without sacrificing speed.
• Proactive and solution-focused mindset.
