This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership of paid media channels from start to finish, encompassing strategy, execution, and performance results across various platforms.
• Oversee and optimize a multi-million-dollar budget aimed at effective and profitable customer acquisition.
• Conduct daily analysis of campaign performance, pinpoint root causes, and implement data-driven actions.
• Assess the entire marketing funnel to uncover gaps in user experience, conversion processes, and revenue potential.
• Convert data into actionable insights, identify critical performance drivers, and respond accordingly.
• Create and implement a testing roadmap, which includes A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and landing page experiences.
• Launch and refine campaigns, creatives, and tests to achieve incremental performance improvements and expand successful initiatives.
• Focus on high-impact opportunities and initiatives that lead to significant business results.
• Collaborate with creative, editorial, and analytics teams to ensure media strategy aligns with content and monetization objectives.
• Track KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, profit per session, and lead quality.
• Provide actionable reporting to stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of platform updates, industry trends, and competitive strategies.
• Over 5 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with hands-on management of paid media campaigns.
• Proven experience in scaling paid media campaigns profitably at significant spend levels, including Meta, Google, Native, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to identify the root causes of performance issues, distinguish between significant signals and noise, and make data-informed decisions.
• Proficient in Excel, capable of handling large datasets and creating reports.
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing models, lead generation, and revenue-per-click or revenue-per-session monetization strategies.
• Demonstrated capability in testing, iterating, and scaling campaigns successfully.
• Understanding of performance metrics such as CPC, conversion rate, and revenue per session.
• Expertise in optimizing landing pages with real-world testing examples that yield measurable improvements.
• Experience in optimizing towards downstream quality metrics, including lead-to-sale rates, client retention, or lifetime value.
• Ability to prioritize high-impact opportunities and act swiftly in a fast-paced, performance-centric environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for performance outcomes.
• Capable of clearly and effectively communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various functions.
• Willingness to work East Coast (EST) hours.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or publisher-based business models is a plus.
