Senior Marketing & Strategy Manager – Seed-Stage Startup

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the founders on growth strategies, marketing operations, and revenue-generating initiatives

• Assume complete responsibility for the marketing and growth functions

• Oversee Meta and LinkedIn campaigns with six-figure budgets, optimizing them for conversions and ROAS

• Enhance landing pages, funnels, and HubSpot workflows for better performance

• Conduct A/B testing for various pages and touchpoints

• Evaluate and scale the performance of paid channels including Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and TikTok

• Develop and manage tracking, attribution, and reporting utilizing GA4, GTM, and HubSpot

• Assess CAC, ROAS, and CPA, making optimization choices based on these metrics

• Create CRM workflows in HubSpot, automations with Make, and email sequences

• Identify and address challenges impacting lead conversion

• Build a small performance marketing team over the medium term

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in running growth experiments that have had a significant impact—preferably in a startup or scale-up setting

• Practical experience in performance marketing and/or growth across various channels (Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Strong expertise in analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, or equivalent)

• A data-driven mindset for decision-making

• Proficient in both German and English languages

• Comfortable using automation tools (Make, Zapier, or equivalent)

• Experience with lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)

• Nice to have: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) and automation tools (Make, Zapier, or equivalent)

• Nice to have: Background in SEO, SEA, and GEO

• Nice to have: Initial experience in building small teams

• Nice to have: A background in legal, fintech, or SaaS
