This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate consultative discovery sessions with potential clients to assess business performance, pinpoint growth obstacles, and establish marketing goals.
• Convert discovery insights into recommendations that promote patient booking growth and revenue per appointment.
• Collaborate with leadership to create scopes of work and proposals.
• Keep a record of prospect interactions to ensure a smooth transition from discovery to onboarding.
• Manage a portfolio of OMS clients as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
• Lead onboarding processes, kickoff meetings, and ongoing strategy discussions with practice owners and their teams.
• Conduct performance evaluations based on data analysis to uncover opportunities for optimization and enhance engagement.
• Foster client retention by building trusted-advisor relationships and showcasing business value.
• Convert client objectives into practical plans aligned with Booking Growth and Retail Growth campaign strategies.
• Assign and coordinate tasks among internal OMS teams for efficient, high-quality execution.
• Oversee timelines with leadership as necessary, based on team capacity.
• Ensure that work aligns with strategic goals, budget constraints, and success metrics.
• Maintain documentation of client interactions for continuity, alignment, and performance tracking.
• Utilize GPN The Edge, Optometry Marketing Services reports, and client feedback to inform strategy and assess impact.
• Establish and uphold client reporting frameworks.
• Recognize performance trends and modify recommendations accordingly.
• Link marketing activities to patient bookings and revenue per appointment.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal OMS teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to enhance pipeline conversion and client experience.
• Disseminate best practices, tools, and insights throughout OMS.
• Use Asana, MS Teams, HubSpot, Zendesk, and email to coordinate activities.
• Refer clients to IDOC strategic partners when appropriate.
• Act as an internal and external subject matter expert through events, social media, and other platforms.
• Over 7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven history of working with small to mid-sized enterprises.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing client relationships and achieving measurable business results across a portfolio of accounts.
• Proven capability to thrive in a consultative, solutions-focused setting – identifying client needs and proposing tailored strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, performance metrics, and how to assess ROI across various tactics.
• Experience in managing cross-functional execution – coordinating internal teams to fulfill client commitments.
• Preferred experience in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent marketing.
• Experience in an agency or client services environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to lead strategy discussions with clients.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Expected travel: approximately 10%.
