
Senior Marketing Specialist – ENT Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +2 more countries.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the ENT Latin America marketing strategy.
• Create and execute comprehensive marketing and product communication strategies.
• Support market entry strategies, market development efforts, and the adoption of ENT technologies.
• Oversee the complete portfolio lifecycle, which includes product launches, expansions, registration priorities, optimization, transitions, and end-of-life strategies.
• Evaluate market trends, customer requirements, competition, installed base, and business performance.
• Craft product positioning and value propositions by leveraging market, clinical, economic, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with Sales and country teams to enhance commercial effectiveness, market development, customer segmentation, and opportunity identification.
• Aid in business planning, annual operating plan (AOP), forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Engage in pricing and portfolio strategy, price positioning, business cases, and regional decision-making.
• Work alongside Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and local teams to ensure product availability, registrations, new technology introductions, and portfolio stability.
• Coordinate regional medical education and marketing activities, including congresses, educational programs, launches, workshops, and customer engagement events.
• Assist in strategies for engaging key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
• Manage marketing initiatives across various Latin American countries and subregions.
• Oversee and track assigned marketing budgets and investments.
• Assess marketing performance and enhance future initiatives.
• Lead or partake in regional and local Business Reviews.
• Advocate for the needs of the Latin American market to Global/Operating Unit teams.
• Stay updated on ENT therapy areas, technologies, clinical environments, and competitive landscapes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Strategy, or similar roles, ideally within the medical device, healthcare, or other highly regulated sectors.
• Background in portfolio management, marketing strategies, product launches, or market development efforts.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities, including the ability to interpret commercial, financial, and market data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, encompassing data management, analysis, model building, business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Capability to work effectively in a matrixed and multicultural organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within Latin America and internationally based on business requirements.
• Experience in the medical device industry and/or surgical technologies is advantageous.
• Familiarity with multiple Latin American markets is a plus.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management, pricing, forecasting, market access, medical education, or healthcare market development is desirable.
• Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Market Access, and Global Marketing teams is beneficial.
