Senior Marketing Specialist, Edtech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Generate and qualify leads for the K-12 sector, guiding prospects from initial interest to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) and Sales Qualified Lead (SQL), while collaborating closely with the sales team for handoff, follow-up, and conversion.

• Enhance awareness and engagement among teachers, curriculum leaders, and district administrators through focused campaigns.

• Organize and manage presence at educational conferences and events, including booth logistics, materials, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.

• Create and deliver marketing materials tailored for K-12 audiences, encompassing campaign assets, collateral, email, web, and social media content.

• Refine marketing strategy based on funnel performance, audience insights, and market feedback.

• Assess campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI), monitoring cost per lead, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and pipeline contributions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the EdTech sector targeting schools or districts.

• Proven history of generating qualified leads and pipeline, supported by measurable results.

• Practical experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

• Experience in event and conference marketing, with an emphasis on lead capture and conversion.

• Willingness to travel for conferences and events.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and well-organized.

• Residing in LATAM.
