This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Increase Hedepy’s presence and recognition within Poland's mental health sector.

• Report directly to the Local CMO for PL/GR/LT/SI and collaborate to manage the Polish market.

• Supervise influencer engagements and oversee social media activities and content production.

• Organize offline events, including PR initiatives and brand activations.

• Customize acquisition marketing strategies for Poland, which entails adapting ad materials, landing-page text, email campaigns, SEO, and ad headlines.

• Analyze dashboards, evaluate campaign effectiveness, conduct cross-channel testing, and generate strategic insights.

• Concentrate on user acquisition, search share, CPA, and brand expansion.

• Develop a strategy tailored to the Polish market based on category and competitive analysis.

• Manage content localization, influencer partnerships, local collaborations, and awareness initiatives following the trial period.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.

• Practical experience in managing and optimizing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube; examples are required.

• Comprehensive experience in coordinating influencer partnerships, encompassing research, creator selection, contract negotiation, execution, and post-campaign analysis.

• Proficient Polish writing skills for translating and tailoring content for the Polish audience.

• A genuine passion for mental health, whether through education or personal experience.

• An empathetic personality.

• A strategic, curious, and insightful approach.

• Openness to delve into data and explore new solutions.

• Experience with influencer collaborations for SaaS products or applications (preferred).

• Familiarity with UX optimization on websites (preferred); examples requested.
