This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation of proposal materials and manage the coordination and production of deliverables throughout all process phases.
• Lead extensive, strategic, and intricate pursuit processes from proposal coordination all the way through to interviews.
• Guide visual themes and strategic messaging as necessary.
• Generate innovative ideas for proposals and interview content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, BMBD, Client Leaders, and other teams to formulate pursuit strategies and achieve success.
• Create and refresh resumes, portfolio pages, presentations, and associated marketing materials, adhering to brand standards.
• Engage in collateral development that supports various markets, offices, and services.
• Conduct marketing research to inform market/office strategy, clients, and pursuits.
• Spearhead local and regional marketing initiatives including sponsorships, award submissions, events, and photography.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s portfolio, personnel, and offerings.
• Build subject matter expertise that enhances marketing initiatives and pursuit activities.
• Assist in the training and ongoing professional development of Marketing Specialists.
• Perform peer reviews and ensure content accuracy and quality.
• Conduct self-reviews of work to guarantee accuracy and quality.
• Maintain and update VantagePoint for clients and pursuits.
• Keep an organized proposal filing system.
• Implement marketing best practices.
• May engage in external marketing activities and undertake other necessary duties.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
• At least 5+ years of relevant work experience in a marketing or communications role within a professional services firm is required.
• Experience in a marketing or communications position within a professional services firm is essential.
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and/or Construction industry is preferred.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about innovation.
• Strong skills in time and project management.
• Capability to function in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to manage large, complex pursuits from start to finish.
• Solid strategic thinking, writing, and design skills, with potential and/or interest in advancing in at least one area.
• Proficient in InDesign, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint and Miro is advantageous.
• Submission of 2–3 work samples is required to demonstrate proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other layout software, such as PowerPoint.
