Senior Marketing Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Transform overarching business goals into actionable projects by engaging with stakeholders, collecting requirements, defining project scope, identifying necessary resources, mapping out dependencies, setting milestones, and assigning responsibilities.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, focusing on coaching and course launches, webinars, book promotions, marketing initiatives, sales funnels, digital products, live and virtual events, and various other company priorities.

• Develop comprehensive project plans and convert them into timelines, dependencies, milestones, ownership assignments, and workflows using Asana or comparable tools.

• Oversee projects involving Marketing, Copywriting, Marketing Automation, Customer Operations, Events, Coaching, Product, Sales, leadership, and external collaborators.

• Propel revenue-generating launches that include webinars, sales funnels, email campaigns, landing pages, copy, CRM and marketing automation, affiliate programs, promotional timelines, testing, and meeting hard launch deadlines.

• Coordinate significant live events accommodating over 2,500 attendees, handling aspects such as marketing, promotion, vendor management, logistics, internal collaboration, timelines, and dependencies.

• Articulate the commercial significance of deadlines and identify risks when essential deliverables are delayed.

• Confirm project completion by reviewing key deliverables, validating requirements, conducting final quality assurance checks, and addressing execution gaps prior to launch.

• Evaluate and enhance the Project Management environment and Asana configuration.

• Supervise a Project Coordinator while fostering increased visibility and accountability throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of practical experience in Project Management, launch management, product/program management, or similar roles within a dynamic organization.

• Proven ability to convert high-level business objectives into comprehensive project plans by collecting requirements, defining scope, identifying necessary resources, mapping dependencies, establishing milestones, and assigning responsibilities.

• Experience in leading intricate projects across various established departments, ensuring accountability and keeping teams aligned without taking on the role of individual executor for delayed deliverables.

• Familiarity with a creator-led coaching or personal development business, particularly in selling courses, memberships, high-ticket coaching, digital products, or live events through direct response marketing.

• Direct experience in personally managing revenue-generating launches involving webinars, sales funnels, email campaigns, landing pages, marketing automation, affiliate programs, or other significant promotional efforts.

• Expertise in identifying critical paths, risks, blockers, and resource deficits, developing recovery strategies, and escalating decisions or additional resource needs as necessary.

• Experience in managing large-scale live events, ideally with thousands of attendees, covering marketing, promotion, vendor relations, logistics, timelines, and execution.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects, stringent deadlines, and high commercial stakes.

• Willingness to work during an 8-5 or 9-6 EST schedule.

• Proficient in Asana or other project management tools.
