
Senior Marketing Operations Specialist – ActiveCampaign

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily operations and administration of ActiveCampaign.
• Develop and manage contact lists, segments, tags, custom fields, and audience frameworks.
• Design, configure, test, and launch email marketing initiatives.
• Create and oversee forms, subscription forms, and lead-capture mechanisms.
• Construct and sustain automations and customer journeys in accordance with business needs.
• Set up campaign targeting, scheduling, personalization, and audience criteria.
• Conduct quality assurance and testing of campaigns, forms, links, automations, and email content prior to launch.
• Track campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, engagement levels, conversions, and other key performance indicators.
• Generate regular marketing performance reports and dashboards, offering insights derived from campaign data.
• Ensure data integrity while managing appropriate contact segmentation and maintaining database hygiene.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance campaign performance, segmentation, automation, and overall marketing strategies.
• Address issues related to campaigns, forms, automations, lists, and contact information.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to convert campaign requirements into ActiveCampaign configurations.
• Ensure that campaigns adhere to internal protocols and relevant email marketing, consent, and data privacy regulations.
• Document the setup of campaigns, automations, processes, and operational procedures.
• Practical experience with ActiveCampaign or a comparable marketing automation/CRM platform.
• Comprehensive knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation principles.
• Familiarity with audience segmentation, lists, tags, forms, and automations.
• Experience in creating and analyzing marketing reports and campaign analytics.
• High attention to detail and a quality assurance mindset.
• Solid understanding of email campaign metrics and optimization techniques.
• Capability to engage with multiple stakeholders and translate business needs into platform configurations.
